I am looking for a lagless server with free silk and by free i mean enough to buy everything u need on the item mall.Cap start items exp/sp rates does not matter.

I search a Sro P-server that has a Max Cap of 90 or 100, CH and EU can still have both, I do not really matter,but not 110 Cap.
The server should be on a root, to be a PvP (Insta Max) or High Rate server. Free Silk should also have to farm by Magic Pop to his equip, or start with a good Set.
Is there already something like that, unfortunately, have found nothing in the way, all 110 or only low rate server ...
