To make a private server to any game You need:

1.Server Files
2.Knowledge about coding C# or C++
3.Money to run the server, Hamachi make most players to run away without trying game.

Server files can be downloaded from internet, has been already published.

You can find some coders that will code the game for You.

You need to have money to run the server on VPS.

You need to have a good knowledge of English Language, and i can see You do not.
