What does it says? Im using Dragonica Evolution files, then replaced the config.inb with the 127.0.0.1

Only with admin tool/gm tool(u need buy the gm tool) and i know with sql: go to DR2_Local dbo.TB_DefShopInGame u dont need write any idx just get a code for the npc u want to add that u can get in TB_Web_DefNPCInGame all npc in there write a category 1-4 item code,item name and price in gold or cp (with gold its 1g=100 or something like that)

lol why you dont use the Site GM Tool its crazy. its easy you can mod everythign there
CASHSHOP and more.. , BTW i just backed to dragonica after alot time Some one can help me with that error

PLEASE if you help me i will help you to setup the WEB GM Tool.
