P-Server Creating (Need a team)

Hello, I am looking for a few people that have knowledge in making one of these listed below.

- Kal Online Server
- Dekaron Server / 2Moons Server

Any 3 would be great, I'm just looking for a team who can help me create one of those two servers, I don't look into spending MUCH money into them, I need a few people with the knowledge though, I'm just getting a team together to create something like that. And Me myself will be a great help in it, Don't think that I'm begging for peoples knowledge and that I don't have any myself,
