There are none if you want "CC free"

all private servers are fast leveling ;P
but if you want free CC then you might as well just make a server yourself lol

Dragon Nest is easy to level! 3 days and you reach 40 @ EU
Pserver sounds good, but crappy teams with dumb admins...
