News of an Angels Online Private server?

So Last time I checked here was like 8 months ago and people seemed to want to make an Angels Online Private Server.
Is there any new or updates to this conversation?
I'd really love to play an Angels Online Private Server but i myself don't know where to begin to make one.
Has anyone made a successful and playable Angels Online Private Server?
