Help making wpe filter.

I'm trying to make a packet filter to block certain packets using wpe. I captured the packet i need to block, i'm just not sure what to do after. Part of the packet that only this packet has is

29 26 6C 74 3B 29 26 6C 74 3B 29 26 6C 74

I just wanna block any packet that has that string in it basically.
