Just uninstall the following:
1. Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
2. Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable

Then install this
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Hope it works for you now.

2. Microsot Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable

click Start>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs.. from there.. try to read.. and look for Microsot Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable and Microsot Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable.. then remove
