Skipping PreCountdown in Games(GLITCH)

Hey,
theres a Glitch to skip the pre countdown in games like in Search and Destroy so you can start/run ~10 seconds earlier than all others...

how does that work ? is there any TUT for it because i cant find anything

but i know that its existing
