WTB lvl 200 char on EU

Hi

I want to buy lvl 200 char(no GL or FG) on Mercury or Venus. The char must have tempus and aft ring and arionell. Naked char preferred, but I don't mind if it has gear.
High olvl and wing preferred. Craft doesn't matter.

I prefer to buy via char transfer, but I can buy account too. PM offers.
