FR PSC 200€ vs 170€ PayPal (1:85)

I trade French PaySafeCard codes for moneys on PayPal.
I trade for a rate 15%.

So 200€ for 170€ in PayPal (family and friends gift so we dont pay paypal taxes/fees).

Who can trade? Only trusted peoples.
Possibility to have middleman.
