ISN is just renamed OGG file if I remember correctly.
Use Trid.net to tell you what file type is or some other tool or just drag into VLC.
Identify the sound that loads and plays when you do the action by using Microsoft System Internals Procmon with a filter on CreateFileW "This creates a file handle to read/write files etc"

Then look for the file loaded when you do the action the FIRST time.
This also works for most other files such as GUI images on mouse over/press.
