Searching For Old Menu

Hi Can somebody help me find this OLD Menu

Before some weeks ago i saw a old Private server With this menu but now i cant find it anywere

I can make this also, but the working resources? Nope... And look when this video is posted o.O
I can't remember any private server post from that time, then, even darkorbit remix wasn't invented yet...

You can remake it with the actual swf .. Just changing images .. If you know how to use Photoshop, will be easy.
