i can't start the services pls help with server

i can't start TCTRL_GSP and all the services that i need to start... i go to services and i got many errors

You have to register the .reg files from each service, but before you register those - you have to check them out if they all have the settings from your hamachi/root server. means: that you edit the old IP to yours. now the services should work.

i got the same error on 3-4 services ... i have 32 bit ... what to do?
