hello.

is there an option to get unbanned on aeria? well there is a problem.
i got banned and i dont know the reason why. i didnt use any hacks or anything in game, also i was only lvl 31 and i didnt write bad stuff or something in game also.

all i did was a topic on forums trading spot, and it was about me trading ts1 kr stuff for ts2 aeria stuff.. som1 requested a bann on that topic also so i closed it..
well 1 day after that request i got banned, without any emails or explanation or any reasons ...

so here i am asking you what should i do? should i wait for an email to come or something?

Trading is illegal on Twelve Sky 2, that's why there is a trading section here.

yeah but i didnt know that trading stuff for stuff is illegal to -.- zzz

Send in a RT and explain it, maybe they'll unban you

i tried but it says i dont have the opinion to send rts -.- like they would bann me from any options XD

try to tell you been hacked and you're account been banned and it's not you're fault

First, its not that old and second, he is maybe still searching for help.

He hasn't got a response for like 2 weeks, that's old for me, besides getting unbanned at aeriagames.. forget that. And i think the poster already knows he can't get unbanned, and the answer cascascas gave was the most dumbest because they'll check IP adress Password changes, etc etc every regular person would know that.
