MIX files loaded in Metin2
 

Need help understand what this .mix files are about, how they are made, compiled. I can see a lot of metin2 scripts working by just copy the .mix file in metin2 directory and gets loaded on start-up by the game.

My concern is that this file may hide malicious code since is binary file and looks like a windows .dll.

Also this files can be made to load python scripts on startup and not depending on python loader?

That might be because they are windows dlls ;b
Normal c/c++/delphi/whatever executable dll files
