Please Help!!

When i am try join server (any server) (no i open servers ) i join ppl servers

and i Am Click START Now SRO_CLIENT need load but when see him (no in game)

he automatic Close and Sometime APPCRASH

please help !!

i write : i click START game now its need OPEN SRO_CLIENT

but when he open
he close automatic after 1 sec and some time he write APPCRASH
