Help me make a new tapping program.

Can someone tell me exactly what programs like 'net suspender', 'smuggleprogram' and 'mipla' do?
They do not disconnect the internet (ip address is not changed)
They do not change firewall settings.
They don't even call some API (not 100% sure about that)

I would like to make a new tapping program and post it here.

Its not that simple. i know its a dll injection. But its not graphic based like d3d8 so what does it do?

Does it tell soldier front to disconnect or something?
