I want to know how to open the data file is All you need to see it: texture, stuff, pets ....... ?

you cant because it is protected by rappelz company only the company can edit it

well u half right there the onlyones with the proper tools it doesnt mean we can dev tools in fact i seem to recall this is already being done just dont plan on a public release anytime soon
