You will need patience for this cheat as it is not often that they will drop scrolls :p
Hope this note helps.

Steps:

1. Open Cheat Engine > Select your browser(firefox, flock, IE, Chrome) in the process list
2. Setting 'Value Type : Text', Check UNICODE and ASROM (see screenshot)

3. Go to Ninja Saga
4. Do mission level 13 - Escaped criminals (if the criminals will Drop Healing Scroll, Scan "item11"
(HEALING=item11 CHAKRA=item10)
5. 1-2 address will be found. Even if more address are found, it's okay.
6. Change the Value to wpn198 (Shuriken Season 3 Clan reward)
7. Back in Ninja Saga, click ok to receive the Scroll, then finish the Mission.
8. After finishing the mission. refresh the game and you should see your item.

dont tick unicode leave the box blank and when you get a health scroll scan for item 11 :)

the first picture is showing what i ended up getting my first attempt

then the second is showing what you need a health scroll, for me the chakra scrolls dont work

the last picture is showing me getting another weapon the wheel monk which i cant use till im lvl 30 like the clan weapon which i cant use till im lvl 40.

remember use your web browser, leave unicode box BLANK, and the value has to be the same letters!!!! hope i helped if any at all

No its still working but NS do that the healing scroll can be obtained 10% but not bannable becuase cheat engine is use and not a proxy fiddler that connect at NS.

Not Working. Used it with and without clicking the Unicode box.
I just get the stupid scroll in the items. And by the way do i have to refresh the browser or i have to refresh the NS? Yes i have tried both and doesn't work. :(
