[Discussion]Do you think PSERVER Files will be released somewhen?
 

Do you think Private sever silkroad files will be released somewhen in the future, lets say till 2012 :D ?

Because silkroad is the only MMO game i know that pserver files never have been released yet.

so what your ideas?

No i wouldnt think so.

As long as the p-servers are alive i dont think the server files will be leeched

well, since 2008 till now opened 5 Private servers...

MHTC 1st (Closed)
ECSRO 2nd (Closed)
SJSRO 3rd
MySRO 4th
SwSRO 5th

so i think will be more in 2011~2012.

I think that when they open Silkroad 2 , they will give Silkroad Files , Bad english , Google Translate

Silkroad Server Files were already leaked all they needed was a good database but the files are very out dated, I'd say maybe.

nah i dont think so but there is always a way and hope to find and set it up :D

i was just like u Burton till i opened my eyes and saw that Silkroad is just a cash machine.dont hope to find "wow" like amount of servers in the near future...

I would say it depends on how many more of them get sued. The more that get sued, the better chance one of the pserver owners would put the files out there.

Lol MHTC i played there was my first private server my name was Bisc8.

And i voted to "Maybe" because if they got money with p-servers i think they will not publish the files.

Lol, I want to c when joymax hunts in china some p-server owners :P.

But yah, maybe in couple years..
The p-servers are now very weak. (alot bugs etc.). So they will not make as much money as before.

Its already released actually... I want to tell a story:
Some months ago Tombalaci asked GM "how did you get server files" and he said "you cant see in front of your eyes.You guys blind."So its already relased i think.^^

as long as YOU are paying money for PRIVATE SERVERS the chinks won't release anything! :D

Voted for yes 100%, no doubt... But i realy dont think in the near future though
possible some half finished emulators or better :)

I voted no.. why would someone release files worth over 10k euros? I dont think people are that generous.

It sounds so chinese-like that it might be true.

It's impossible that it's released..i check 5-6 chinese forums every week, they don't have the files.

Then most likely you don't know the page where it is released...If it is according to "GM" words.

If you guys want to server files, find GM and torture him then he will give it to you. :D

I just followed this thread and want to add my opinion.
Maybe some of you know that I will open a P-server soon too (video coming).
First of all, the development of the Silkroad Serverfiles cost 10.000.000 $. Joymax confirmed that officaly. So I expect that the P-server serverfiles are about 2m $ worth.
Why?
1. They are fully working.
2. They are able to update
3. They are still secret.
Why not more?
- Not all iSro updates work (e.g. CTF or new Unqiue system)

But I am pretty sure, that the Serverfiles will be published sooner or later.
Actually you got already published cracked Serverfiles by luciano aibar.
I just compared my Serverfiles to his cracked ones.
The Serverfiles have only very little differences, but there are thousands of missing lines in the database. You can see it if you watch the db in Sql. Almost all tables got 0 Rows.
And even the most importand table (_common) is missing.
But many of those tables will be writed while running the Server (for example Account table). If you use a bit knowledge and work on the cracked psro files, you could get it working.
I voted for yes.
But it makes me sad that luciano aibar cracked them. Probably that will destroy whole Silkroad game.

i think it wouldn't be hard to finish it then..we have a lot of skilled ppl here

anyone could complete the db but all you need is info...

its hard work getting all the info from skills/locations/items/monsters/etc...

Lets just say if one of the servers out there (none-cooperating) getting sued and closing down i would think that this person will release the files just for ruin it for the other ones.

well if Ocean released ecsro files when he heard he got sued the he could escape.but as we have seen he didn't and i don't think any of you would had released them if they were Ocean...

this concluding... the server files will be leeched only if a hacker knocks down a server...unless they do free willingly ( :rolleyes: ) release them,we will never lay our eyes on them.

Of couse no one will release the Serverfiles including fully working database, that would make no profit for the one who got them.

But you almost got the working serverfiles, you can also complete them. You can complete the missing tables very easy.

I dont want to give too many hints :)

One thing to add:
Why do you think was Luciano Aibar in the beginning of ECSRO in the Ecsro-Team?
He was Silkroad-Trader.de Forum Admin. Why? I think he completed the database, didn't released them and sold them to Ecsro.
