great ! i was looking all the time for an oldschool server ! hope some players will join too !

Sounds be Fun with x1 but don't think lot People will level that hard only the Oldschool Players I think. But Dayflay Cooldon change from 40 to 20 seconds will make Turtle Partys all around and at PvP you can run a circle whole day before can hit someone. All other changes and Oldschool things sounds good for me just the x1 will hard to get Players ( all know 99 % ask whole day for Booster and stand around until find someone and x1 wont change it ^^ ) and the DF Cooldown Change to 20 seconds is an awful PvP Killer

I remember DF being changed from 40 to 20 sec on many servers and it worked pretty well, its still a good spell, but running around clueless for 20 seconds is way better than for 40 I feel like lol.

Can you offer unique changes and Different METAs ?

There some nice ideas few ideas that can change the game significantly:
Etain blessing nerf
No IC,
Ele lv1 max
Balanced different weapon types ( bows are good for early game only. 2h blunt weapons are bad. )
Class Balances ( fighter is most popular class, best for PvE ),
No dual boxing ( one people can run 8 accounts and solo OI. It's genuinely against spirit of the game)
Limited OI open time. (No more spamming oblivion guardscaptain for drops but doing full runs with full party. )

Controlled Market. Depended on supply and demand.

Another ep4.5 server which will be dead soon or later.. and yes! This is Lust v2-server.

Flash lapis and sonic is already a bad descision from my perspective.

exp x 1 - only the initiators will stick with servers. Or will they even gonna make it to level 30 or quit before then? Those who jump in one week later may fall far behind.

Really, some servers have exp x50 -x500 and many lazy azz still sitting in aH and spamming on Trade chat for boosters.

EP 4 skills aren't as strong as EP5+ (duh). @ lv50+ will be very hard even with Epic ele. If you don't have enough players for PP within the first week. You can declare a shut-down to server.

I think none of you guys even played on OS Ep 4.5 judging from your comments. OS wasnt about being the first 60 and rushing lvls straight. It was about the fun you had on your way to 60, even in my 50s back then I had fun in low lvl pvp, doing kimu/anky/cloron mini bosses etc etc. I got 60 in like 3 months or so and still had way more fun than on any pserver. And why? Simply because all the pservers are too fast living, 60 on first day (maybe 2-3 if youre slow or if its x5 (like origins)). Then the drops are way too easy to get, boosted droprates everywhere and pay2win item malls. On most pservers your character is completely maxed after the first month and then youre doing nothing besides sitting in the AH and watching the boss timer on the website for hours until a boss comes up, hoping that theres a little pvp. So much fun...

I wonder why everyone prefers vanilla xp x1 pservers in WoW and other games if it sucks so bad? I guess the shaiya community is just too spoiled nowadays.

I agree with you 100% teaming up with others grinding dungeons and pando and ect taking time to lvl and having a laugh in chat was the most fun aspect of shaiya for me and maaaaaanny others working together and no single person being much more OP than the other in the teams and a proper setup.

That is what you call an awesome server so yeah i know there will be many players happy to play here so long as it don't get p2w and owner can defo keep the server up for years and not do what many others do to make money.

Anyway, you will end up being alone and level to 60 :( the way it works. Map is too big for such small player base.

With Dropchance like Oblivion Flashring and Sonic Amulett from OS. it isnt a bad decision is just a gimmick.

this is what make a server living... having fun with friends while playing, always having something to do and not just farm your gear in 3 days and then just sit in AH... like menniks just said shaiya community is so spoiled, era is trying to get back the REAL era of shaiya by not adding exp rate or whatsoever. gold to SP but not sp to gold, this is something that kinda impressed me because all servers implement that to fill their wallet. i can assume donators will still have to farm gold (hopefully) to get geared, from now i'll wait the opening and play for the first time on a server that has everything i look for. thank you for bringing this server and lets rock :mofo:

There are a few servers that are pve centered and gearing up will not happen within 3 days lol x1 servers will always be reliant on boosters because anything that is not a fighter will struggle to get up there. On OS it was possible because of the huge population but most servers barely have 20-30 players on at a time and popular servers sit at 100+ at peak times. There is a reason why origin is already going down and this server will not be an exception. Its not about being spoiled, its about not having the numbers to sustain low rate servers.

you don't know why origins is going down and you talk... and you cant compare to era, origin had an item mall full of lapis lv6 goddess tiered spender with dread acc... stop comparing something that is not comparable.

Okay, I just read somewhere in this chat that SP --> Gold is not possible.
Finally I'm not the only one that thinks SP --> Gold shouldn't be possible. It breaks early game market.

I'll sum up the features for you guys again since some stuff seems to be still unclear.

Game Features (basically 1:1 OS 4.5 with minor changes):
- EXP and KILL x1
- Max Level 60
- Free 30 Day Items (CRR, PID and EE)
- Max Stat Lapis lv6
- Max Ele 2
- Debuff Lapis has NOT been removed
- All drop rates are OS rates
- NO Custom Drops/Maps/Bosses
- Gold -> SP but NO SP -> Gold
- NO Gear or Lapis in Item Mall

Edit: Flash and Sonic drop on the same rate as Flash ring and Sonic amulet.

You are probably correct on that but i still stand to the fact that private servers just dont have the numbers to sustain low rate servers. Especially when a new server very similar to this will come out very soon. Either way i do wish the server the best of luck! Woulf be nice to see a low rate server thrive in success rather than crash and burn within the first month :)

They will prove in 1st day if they are Profesionals ? 100+ players online on first day otherwise can say they not.

You can bring back an EP4.5 server like OS but you just cant bring back the community like how it was before. Believe it or not, servers like these wont be filled with much people and will die fast. Just like every ep4.5 servers that opened last few months that didnt even last long for more than a month lol but anyway good luck!

u are all nabs because u want to play on a free shaiya private server like heineken underworld desire and so and not here where u will see by yourself how great pvpers u are lol um dont know how to play shaiya thats why u are not liking that server for me its a perfect server where everybody can learn by hitself u are afarid to play here bla bla bla farm and more a server wiothout farm its a dead server with 0ppls online here u will show yourself what u are and how much smart u are lool

This is just like OS, its good tbh brings back old times but community today are just spoiled af who wants easy farm, easy gears or insta pvp. Good luck on your server. Expecting this in the long run! 👍

Can you remove flash lv2 and and Make Ele lv1 max with Limited drop rate, maybe 5-15 per week ?

Flash Lapis Lv2 does not exist in our server, only Flash and Sonic Lapis Lv1 are available. Both drop at the same rates as Oblivion Flash Ring and Sonic Amulet. Elemental Lv2 was part of EP 4.5 and defines Dios Exiel, which means it won't be removed.

I like that it will be OS. How much Players was talking and dreaming from a Server like OS , just don't have to donate to get Red Phoenix Charm, EXP Stone ... So much was Dream about for years and now it comes true. OFC x1 will be hard to lvl up since u reach lvl 31+ and I know lot people will break when reach lvl 50 ^^ But hey that's what makes Shaiya interesting, Something to do for Weeks to lvl up , farm, pvp ing someone at D1 when you farming some lapis lvl 3 for heroic/dread gears for "better" leveling :) I will be there and some friends of mine too ;)

And for all Players which means Server will die, will be empty blablabla. True Server wont have 200+ Players online but depends on why not. It will not be couse of to much too lazy people and yes THIS SERVER is the wrong place for People like this who begging for anything, who sit around and ask whole day for booster BUT that's good for lot Players :)

''The EXP rate will stay on X1 at all times, bonus EXP events are not planned and will most likely not happen to keep it fair for everyone. All droprates are OS like and won't be changed in the future. We only did some drop adjustments like removing endure lapis (check patch notes).
