I hope you know you can just edit the CALL before the JNE and change the MOV AL, [EAX+B0] to just MOV AL,1. Same shit but opens up more possibilities then just missions.

I had the same problem. You have to reinstall your S4 :o. Maybe there is another way but this was the fastest.
