3 Hour Block - cannot loggin since yesterday...
i logged in into my old account (*********, *********, now *********). Everything were fine, so i bought silk ect and then i got a DC, since then i cannot loggin (not on homepage, not ingame) with the following message:
You have been blocked for 3 hours due to the frequent login failure. Please try again after 3 hours or visit the password search page to lif the block. password search doesnt work, the same message appears when i try to change the password to a new one... So yeah, i simply waited 3 hours and tied again, but nothing, the message still appears. It was late, i went to bed, today morning 12am, about 17 hours later stillt he same, i cannot loggin... anyone got the same problem? kinda sucks because bought 500 silk... :/ help? ^^ |
Maybe someone tries to freeze your account on purpose by entering the wrong pw? Just a thought..

The recent problems that have occurred to many players is the security failure. Your problem seems to be just a simple auto-login tool, so your account gets blocked when you try to log in, but you said you already tried logging in some hours later again and still doesn't work.
So... you can always write a message to the joymax support (but I can tell you straight away, they will NOT help your and NEVER will). I would try to log in from a different PC (different router/IP), as soon as you are in your character, transfer all the valuable items to a completely new account. NEVER SHARE YOUR ID, PASSWORD, E-MAIL. NEVER USE YOUR INFO. ON SOME OTHER PC (today it's really to download a key logger). If you have any additional info. about your problem, share them with us, maybe we can help you out, wish you luck mate. |
I really dont thing that anyone tries to block my account with a auto-loggin tool. 2 Years ago the 2 strongest guilds of *********blocked the members of the other guild, but my char were never such a victim. Nobody tried to block my account.
and yeah, now, 2 years later, i dont think some1 tries to block me...nobody else got the id for *********aswell, except *********, and yeah, we're still very good mates. Hm...i already asked the support to "fix" the account... |
I mean it's worth a shot to try with their support, but what funny is, I never (and I play SRO for 3 years), I repeat, never heard someone saying, the SRO support actually helped me.
I've wrote like 7, 8 messages, and got never helped. |
Each Message wrote to Joymax takes 2-8 weeks to process. Dont ask me how I know that. But trust me you will get a bullshit spam reply but in 2 weeks you will get a custom responce. I agree with Eristov, Go to another computer new IP everything log and take everything off. I know you have played alot of private server's, and alot of them now have Key Loggers Or hidden Virus that are very hard to detect. Good Luck!! Love your Video's!!! ^Not true, I've wrote one complain 20 days ago, one general topic message 10 days ago (roughly), both were surprisingly answered after just 1 day.

Waste of time to wait until it works , my accounts are bugged for more than 1 month already , I spam joymax daily and they reply only bullshit .
