he was asking if he can play GCPH even if he was from brazil..

the answer: as far as i know.. NO.. the region block of GCPH is quite "strong".. even using IP hiders didn't help.. that's what i heard from someone i know who went to canada and tried everything to play GCPH..

Actually TWGC, is more updated then GCBR, followed by NAGC

I think they're just the same just that TW got Jin's ST T.T. deym I want Jin's ST right now.

Anyways GCPH has a long road to go to get the fresh updates from Korea.
