You're likely about to learn a very valuable lesson about credit card fraud. I would STRONGLY suggest you delete the transaction numbers from your post.

Reversing a transaction due to dispute is legal, provided the service or goods you paid for are returned and proven not to be what was advertised. Backing out of 20+ transactions is going to get a hard look from your credit card company/bank/paypal etc and they will talk to BP.

Are you saying that you wrote BP an email saying simply "I want my money back" and they returned 22 transactions? Over what time period were these transactions? What did this email say? How was the payment made?
