If you had a previous installation, I recommed removing it completely first with the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], and then run the new version.
I had to revert it to version 2.4.5, because I lost the source of the latest version.

How to use V-Bot:
- [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and install V-Bot.
- Replace img folder with the latest images ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...])
- Open darkorbit without closing the bot.
- Put your mouse above the browser with dark orbit and press "F1".
- Configure your settings and press start.

- Set general display settings to low.
- Set "show player names" off and "show vants" off.
- "Show window background" must be "on".
- Hide all windows except the minimap, wich you have to place at the bottom left corner.

^Your do window should look like this. First, after doing the above try to see if it works, if it doesn't go look for a bonusbox and see if it tries collects it. If it does not try to collect it, then you have probably done something wrong, if it does try to collect it, do step 5.
5. Take a screenshot of the > 0,00 at the minimap wen you reach destination and save it as Moving0.png in C:ProgramDataVBotimg (note that the folder ProgramData is hidden by default so you have enable show hidden files or type the address in windows explorer) you will have to do this on a regulat basis, repeat this step when your ship doesn't move.[IMG=expandable: 1]http://i.epvpimg.com/73Urf.png[/IMG] --> [IMG=expandable: 1]http://i.epvpimg.com/Xfa4c.png[/IMG] --> C:ProgramDataVBotimgMoving0.png
Doesn't work?
- Try using it with Internet Explorer
- Go to: Control PanelSystem and SecuritySystem On he left side, there will be "Advanced System Settings" Click it. Go to advanced tab, and to performance, then press settings. Then press the Option "Best display" Click apply then ok.(if you don't want your pc to be on "best display", you can set it up like [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...])

1. What steps you have done.
2. What you have tryed to solve the problem.
3. What web browser you used.
4. What your settings where.
5. Screenshot and/or video is extremely helpfull
6. If there where runtime errors, everything inside the following folder: C:ProgramDataVBotlog
(note that the folder C:ProgramData is hidden, so you have to copy-paste the adress in windows explorer or enable show hidden files).

Dark Orbit Interface Settings

Free Version Settings
- Put General Settings to Lowest.
- Run vBot.exe
- Put the darkorbit game window on full screen
- Press F1
- To pause press F1 again.
- To quit press F2
- To open the settings panel press F3 and F3 again to save and close it
- Health bar and shield bar visible and in colors
- Minimap minimized to it's smallest size
- vBotFree is currently not worked on, so please dont post any bugs or whathever about this bot
Professional Version Settings
- Put General Settings to Lowest.
- Goto darkorbit and open the spacemap, just as if you where going to play.
- Run vBotBG.exe
- Click "Select window"
- Hover over the window with darkorbit and press F1
- Press the start button [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
- Pause with the pause button, the button right of the pause button hides the bot window, the button with the X exits the bot.
- Return window deselects the window selected
- Hide window" moves the selected window offscreen(you can't see it)
- Show window moves the window back to where it was before hiding it
- Search delay is a timeout between every search, if thebot uses too much cpu u can put it higher(1000=1 sec, very slow)
- You need auto-repair cpu for the flee and repair functions to work.
- Update button in spacemap tab will update the displayed spacemap
- Make sure you don't minimize the window or click on windows's "show desktop" button(it minimizes all windows)
- Don't click too repeatedly on "Update".
- VBotBG is also 64-bit compatible.
- Try different browsers if it doesn't work.

How to get pink boxes in game?
1. Clean cache, use CCleaner for this (find tutorial yourself)
2. Download SWF manager
3. Double click on the .exe file in SWF manager folder and press start
4. Set up proxy to 127.0.0.1:8888 (find tutorial yourself)
5. Boxes should be pink now... (if they are not, check for graphics quality, I use Low and it work's for me)
How to make vBotFree collect pink boxes?
1. Make sure SWF manager is working for you before you do this
2. Get a small part of the pink box's texture (middle part with black dot and pink rectangle around is the best) - you can get it by taking screenshot and cropping it or you can download it from somewhere (I won't post link, sorry)
3. Replace BonusBox.png (in vBotsources folder) with the pink box texture which you got in step 2
How to make vBotBG work correctly for long time without crashing or anything like that?
- I don't think there is any simple way to do this, but if you can get working browser and fix gdiplus bug, it will work for you I guess..
- I have to admit it does not work for me no matter what I do I just can't fix it.. (I think the bug appears when you don't move for too long time so you get disconnected and the bot is not able to reconnect you)
