it's official.i have the files(yeeeeah many people do).so im gonna need help with the serverfiles before i can actually launch the server.

so the rates are as following:
XP:250
party XP:250
Drops:99
Alchemy:9x(dunno if its good or not)
SP:250
edit:pretty high seal rates.25x or so.

it will hold probably 50 slots because my server pc cant handle more players than that ammount until i get a proper server computer.
this server is meant for FUN,PvP,PvE,Events,games and such else.
i will be the only GM ingame so there wont be any corruption.
i wont ask any money for the server.this is a free server and its basically a charity cause im such a nice person and i like doing nice things.

Alchemy rate x9? LOL. You can get a +10 set in 2 - 3 tries.

what about silk btw silk items?

and p_auf_k silk items can be won in events/minigames

Somehow I still doubt you will be able to run a private server on your own.
