1. aktuellen vodafone vertrag angeschaut der im oktober 2 jahre alt wird
2. andere anbieter angeschaut und günstigeres angebot gefunden
3. vodafone angerufen ob man da was machen kann weil langjähriger kunde etc. - antwort: keine sonderkonditionen
4. kündigung geschrieben
5. eben anruf bekommen mit neuem angebot dass nochmal 10% günstiger ist als das bei der konkurrenz
