I'm not sure if this question is even serious, but even I, a mere designer, can understand that Administrators don't have to be developers or programmers. Even big companies release patches with bugs. I could mention Riot, but I don't think we need to go that far. YMIR - Metin2 is full of bugs, most of them caused by stupid code mistakes.

This has been debated too many times. Maybe the same way we all got the source code of Metin2 and it wasn't YMIR publishing it?

Its nothing off-topic its everything involved with the topic, but the point is that u don't know what we are talking about thats all :)

I would like to correct your sentence here. Whether you choose to believe or not, it doesn't bother anyone from Tec.

1. None of those you mentioned who spammed your thread are working for Tec.

2. Tec did not pay epvp for advertising their games.

3. Tec did not pay anyone to ddos your private server. If you have evidences, please go to the Police. Tec is a registered company under the law in which their parent company is a listed entity in Nasdaq and Singapore. The owner is managing several companies and businesses and he doesn't has time with an illegal private server. If he wanted to ruin your life, he can afford to pay for a court injunction to force your host to shut down your server and use such evidences to represent trademark owner to sue you in your country. Tec now has their own corporate lawyer and to do the above is a peanut sum of $2,000.

Unless Shogun is a kid, he should be aware that private servers ddos one another for businesses. Apart, you know there are more than few dozen individuals in this community with a botnet farming bitcoin & litecoin and readily to ddos anyone for the fun of it. Don't always have your hatred toward your ex-boss who paid you for a living the last 4 years of your life. :)

2.) Glaubst du wirklich die machen das umsonst? Natürlich nicht die wurden bezahlt aber das tut nichts zur Sache hätte ich auch gemacht wenn ich EPVP währe. Launch exclusives oder Betas Kosten immer vorallem wenn getestet werden muss und sich so ein riesen gamingnetwork perfekt dazu eignet, da man vorher auch schon zusammengearbeitet hat (RiseOfMetin etc). Btw den komischen Rechtsanwalt würde ich gerne mal in Aktion sehen Rechte dritter kann der nämlich nicht einklagen ... -> fail.

3.) Haben sie ob du es glaubst oder nicht + die können uns gar nichts die sind nicht YMIR und YMIR lacht sich eins bei denen ihrem Umsatz wenn die auch nur Ansatzweise versuchen würde in deren Namen rumzuklagen. Gameforge hat da mehr zu sagen. Er kann sichs schon leisten er hat aber keine Anhaltspunkt weil er auch nur die Nutzungsrechte an diesem Game hat wie jeder andere Publisher auch alles alles andere darüber hinaus obliegt YMIR´s Verantwortung bzw Obhut.
