I'd not had any trouble in-game with the current version of IM until now, which leads me to believe that it's actually some kind of server load issue (most servers were pretty packed at that particular time). Pisses me off :\

As for the pre-game xtrap box, yea, I think it's probably mainly an XP problem. The monkey(s) updating xtrap probably know that most computers are still running XP x32, so you can bet that they're trying making it as much of a pain in the ass to hack on this platform as possible, while Vista/7 are a secondary concern.
s'my impression, anyway. I could be completely wrong :v

To which problem are you referring?

Also, is there currently any way to reduce the ban time/remove the ban completely on an account?

(sorry for going off-topic a bit, but it seems silly to make a new thread for something that can probably be answered quickly)

If you get the message after you log in, during a black screen, you're screwed. Skipping it just gets you a timeout.

So its about to find an solution to the Released tool so its no Spam

all the Informations about the errors etc. helps the tool maker to fix it.

@Blank i referr the Win Xp Detect Problems also the Effect of the Trial Message there is a solution where this message still comes up, but thei takes no bann effect =)

but i said it already without the permission of smith i dont give any solutions who advertise other tools in his tool release

€: i think there is no way at the moment so we are working here on it so that smith can find an fast solution for the posted problems to fix them

Windows XP. Followed all instructions (99% of loading HGWGW, only usage-limited items, ecs.). Got ingame htd error, skiped it with Esc and now i cant relogin into acc cos of ban.

Probably would have become too much of a chore to keep updated. If I had to guess, along with what the current IM does, Inventory Manager had to also keep a proper updated list of offsets for the shop listing...so effectively twice as much work (probably multiply the work, if each reskin had to be updated too) with each new patch that came out, just to get the items in-game.
And then there's still an updated injection scheme that works for multiple O/Ses to worry about. As I understand, getting around xtrap in x32 O/Ses (XP in particular) is a pain especially.

Just guessing though, I actually don't have the faintest idea how items are actually managed at the data level in s4.

Y'know what would be neat? A mini-Inventory Manager, one that only holds NPC stuff.
Most everything else can be obtained via Fumbi anyway.

too bad the IM cant just take all the item data it needs from the resource file by searching the strings for each item, it would be a lot less work then

Bei mir kommt der fehler die .dll datei sind nicht vorhanden dann habe ich die .dll datein in das selbe verzeichnis kopiert und trozdem gehts nicht hilfe bitte :(^^
und es kommt ein error code 126...

Yea...
If I understand right, the only thing strings are used for on weapons and armor is as references to their model & texture paths, though. So altering them might give you nice armor and shiny weapons, but they would be +0 (or whatever your armor/weapon was before), and only appear to you.
Just looking badass is fine for me, but I want OTHERS to see my spiffy threads :v

And you know, that annoys the crap out of me.
People come into this thread QQing about how Sm!th "OMG HASN'T UPDATED IM" within 5 minutes of a patch release so they can't use their favorite +5 sprayers, all the while providing NO useful information about the actual problem.
They seem to think that they're paying for IM or something, and are entitled to constant updates that are prioritized above all else.

I'll take this chance to say: Mr. Sm!th, your efforts are very much appreciated. Without your continually updated IM, I would never be able to avoid Alaplaya's retarded prices just to have a nice-looking set of clothing. On the behalf of myself and others too lazy to say it themselves, Thank You.

And no, theoretically you could TRY running it on XP and you MIGHT get lucky and have no trouble, but it's looking like they've done another stealth xtrap update.
To reiterate for others: IM is not currently working properly on Windows XP x32. Don't use it unless you like account bans.
(if using x64 or in the event that you do like account bans, carry on)

Smith Item Manager for windows xp 32 is detected. ._. it's useless even the Esc thing. Trust me when I say that <_< tried second time and banned for 2 days.

Edit: I saw a little hshield update the day I got the first ban. Could it be that? <w<' Seems like I'm not the only one who noticed it. So.. Dunno. Feel like they're updating the hackshield in a separate way from the S4 Main Update. Just suggesting that maybe it could be that. Cause it's ways weird that now suddenly everyone with Win Xp 32 bit is getting banned don't you think?

If u Xp Users Still use the IM Its your own fault.

We warned on the Last Pages often enough that the IM is Detected / Not work at the moment under windows Xp, It only works on Windows 7 and Vista right now!

If u Have windows Xp and use the IM Dont Cry here u get banned, its your own fault Because u didnt read our warnings! :rtfm::rtfm::rtfm:

mhh maybhe to kill aegis should be a way.

So Hacking trials still apear but they are just pop up and gives if aegis is killed no bans ?! (at my test yesterday)

I have no problem without killing aegins and with killing aegis.

so i think that cant be rea reason the mysterius is that the most of the xp users are detected, and some others not.

The Im workst at the moment only at wi 7 and Vista users corectly (exept you with win xp)
