I was thinking same that's the reason i made it cost 10 job points.

You should just make a delay on that item. Let the price stay as it is, it will be still better to wait 7days for a job change.

No not 7 days lol way to long, some hours would be enough.. so people can't switch instantly..

So much whining. Back in the day there was no job penalty. It's life if you can't find a good party to go on trades, shit happens.

IMO 30minutes job penalty (for free) ftw.
