When i try to download ENU.pak i get timeout error.Can someone upload to rapid share or some other site.I try to download it from 2 different PC's and when i press on "Click here to start download.." always i get Network Timeout same error.

Could someone tell me what language the login & server list is supposed to be in once you got everything set to English? :)
I've tried every method described here so far, and I just can't get mine to display in English. However I'm not sure if the server screens are supposed to be, as I'm stuck on 45 min queues every time and haven't had a chance to check the ingame language yet.

It is supposed to be in English. Teh server list, the LogIn screen and everything..

replace the ENU.pak with what? I thought the ENU.pak is what we need to add into the folder?

Anybody else getting GameGuard error when the PlayNC launcher closes and the game is supposed to open up?

Yeah I do. It all worked smoothly for me yesterday (with the English pak) and now I get the 111. Reboot didn't work.

when you modified your regional settings, you should have kept your original keyboard setting + the english one. To switch between them, press ALT + SHIFT

Just delete the gameguard folder and let the patcher download it again .. Maybe that will do.

Deleting the GameGuard Folder didn't help me with the Error 111 Problem, and it probably won't help him.
Renaming the Folders with the chinese name to an englisch name fixed the Direcotry Creation Error. Chinese Folder Names, combined with english or other languages as regonial setting will mostly give you create Errors.

1 more time. if u getting gameguard error, uninstall aion, reinstall , do fresh install with updates. Open login screen once and close client totaly.. Put new eng enu to folder, and change versionInfo_AION and edit like below.

than make versionInfo_AION read-only! . open launcher from desktop shortcut. thats it.

this is weird ive installed the game and everything is patched up and ready to go. now with no ENU.pak file in the game launches just fine, but as soon as i add the ENU.pak file ( note i dont change anything else) the game stop working before i even get to the log in screen. any thoughts

Yeah, I've tried everything here. From extracting the .pak and replacing the files, just adding the ENU to the folder, deleting the CHS, everything. it seems my main problem is as soon as I add the ENU the game stops at the beginning black screen and just tops responding. Game works fine in chinese but its not as enjoyable. Running Vista, got all my stuff set to Eng(US) If someoen could help me out I would really appreciate it. thank you.

The english patch doesnt work for me, the launcher get an auto repair and replace all the file... And if i replace CHS with the ENU, its worst the launcher doesnt... launch, with a missing file CHS

I do it :

2. Delete the CHS folder and the CHS.pak in AION/L10N (make a backup if you want to.)
3. Copy the ENU.pak into the L10N folder

and i unrar the english rar pack...

Yeah i missed the versionInfo_AION.ini

I have do all steps but its always in chinese.
I don't apply the original english pack ? data, effects, textures ? It's normal ?! Do I extract it in ?! \L10N\ENU\ or in the game directly, should it work ?

So its works, i missing before patching AION, that for non english user, we must set United States in language settings. Thanks a lot !

versionInfo_AION.ini should be read only! Or it gets patched!

you cant get to the china open beta with that client... you still need the china open beta client ;)

Also wenn ich alles gemacht habe und das spiel starte und da stürzt mein Client ab.

also im having trouble installing the chinese client... when im installing it, it say something about data.zip, i try to unzip it before but it say it needs a password... so im basically stuck, any help would be very grateful.

OK, SO this client connects to the korean servers?
And if it does, is there any other easy way to get an account?
