I noticed some bugs too, but almost all of them are reported already, so i just waiting when all be fixed.

I will keep trying to get a SoM weapon for obvious reasons, not sure if I even have to tell what are they. So, in my opinion, you got nothing to lose.

The SoM/SoSun thing... SoSun is overly overpowered. I mean, it's even pathetic and only disencourages new players, SoM is good enough.

As of right now, people are creating new characters to have more than one piece of D8 armour to try +6, +7 etc. I am pretty sure this is not what you want.

PvPing with people that have the same gear as you is pretty lame so, yeah, I think these are enough reasons to add 72-77 gear, just don't make a big deal outta this...

Indeed adding the normal items for gold will make the main idea of server or the main systems is nothing.

Main idea to get those items from many different resources , if players will not care about som then after some trades peoples will get gold and buy everything and that's it No fun anymore.

Already told this to someone.
Pimping your gear won't be cheap. A few trades won't be enough. Put the price as high as you want to, just understand that, someday, people will have 72-77 top items - it's inevitable... but that will take some time, as long as alchemy is not easy.

With the prices I put in the previous post, you'll probably need 1b-1.5b to have good gear 72-77. 1.5b / 50m that's 30 trades/robberies and if you think it's too easy, raise the prices but someday people will have +8/+9 gear, it's fate.

Then the SoM race begins.

I have no globals and just saw your global: "Let's replace SoM with SoSun" - SoSun is EXTREMELY strong dude, watch out. Test SoSun weapons against a +5 72-77 set FB in your local server and you'll understand. Seriously, SoM is good enough, SuN is the same as saying "New players? No thanks."

I'd like to state my opinion as a person who hasn't played on your server yet:

You want the server to be balanced, so you don't want anyone to be overpowered. Then SOM weapons are just what you are looking for, since they are +2 stronger and have more critical rate than lv 72 weapons. That way SOM owners indeed have transcendence, at the same time won't be extremely overpowered.

I'd suggest you to let the gear sets be default, cause if you want your server to be oldschool, there shouldn't be so many edits on the main features I think.

You are right i was thinking the same and som is fine anyway they will go for it.

I think i will add the items for gold plus some job points.

Add Sun's but decrease it's dmg/def etc because it will be too op. Or just increase SoM's stats.

I think instead of the last tier, the 2nd tier is also fine with gold buying or auto equip.
Last tier to buy with gold and like 25 job kills per gear part, and 75/100 for the 72 wep.
And btw imo don't know about others I think 300 job kills for a garm part or accessory part is a bit to high..
for a weapon 300 is fine.

I think som is fine because it's 2 plus more than 72+ gears.

If many players will join us soon then we wont have any problem with job kills
