For first it will be either a css file or one of the html files in KERNEL-DOCMS.
In the sub folder indexinternal.
I guess internalStart_Body.html.

For the second one, I would say on of the swf's.

To be able to change any of the css you will need to have the files locally and everywhere on your site where the site refer to a css script, would you need to edit the script from:
to something like this:

Then you would be able to edit the site of yours.

this should be one of the first things. it's illegal to steal traffic from other servers. beside BP could backtrack your server ip. :O

Yes this is the first thing you need to do, because they do actually track down all traffic, or their system automatically does this as all web-servers with statistics does. Registering all TCP/IP calls made to there server for feedback to there system in how much traffic do we get each day, each week, each month.

To improve there system..

You would need to make a script/software that goes through everywhere there is a http request to an external data source like a js script, css and that kind of stuff.
Make is split it up so it downloads the file and categorize the files correctly in the subfolders.

And after that make the script edit the call link to an locally link.


If the original owner of the product/content, in this case Bigpoint S.à.r.l. and Co, SCS, haven't in there terms and conditions written that redistribution of any of there materials is legit, then private servers is illegal to create and play on.

And bigpoint could claim down a site with a simple DMCA noticement, or they could shut the server down if they find any laws in the country where the re-distributors origin that they have the advantage in using against the re-distributor of their content.

Also taking money for playing will/should be intercepted from day one.
Donations to the creator should not be a problem.

Of cause this could end up in that you would need to start your own company and be +18, to complete an agreement trade with Bigpoint S.à.r.l. and Co, SCS.

PS: the first method is tested, we did it at a server in the World of Warcraft Private server Business, and we got a CC license from Blizzard.

They will still be able to shut the domain, but not the ip.

That's what I tried to say too. It's not very smart to keep bigpoint-references (css-files, js, ...) in the sourcecodes. As much as the pserver grows, the chance bigpoint will complain you raises.
