The problem then is the character enconding that you are using, I'm pretty sure that you're using UTF-8 and it doesn't alow that special characters. Probably you'll need to change it to Unicode.

UTF-8 is capable of representing all unicode characters.

Sorry it's true, i don't know what i was thinking, i meant any kind of ISO like ISO-8859.

They are not static. You have to code them by yourself.

Learn to code. Almost any programing language has functions/librarys that deal with conversions between different encodings. You could just google "yourprograminglanguage utf8" or something like "yourprogramminglanguage bytes to utf8" and you'll probably find some usefull information.

The CLI just sends the input string as a packet to the server, that way you can add your own commands.

I'm working on a new PS, the CMS is fully responsive, not using DarkOrbit's images (no copyright), based on my Alexya Framework wich is lightweigh and fast as fuck.


I won't use any DarkOrbit related image, just the texts (I don't think there's copyright for EIC text...) and the client will be 2009 client (good times...)


Also it has some functions that DarkOrbit doesn't have such as changing the website style, a bank page... (I put the three dots (...) to look like if there was more new things but there aren't, I'm opened to suggestions)

Then learn how sockets and multi-threading programming works. A good practise can be make a simple chat (server which allows multiple clients). If you're able to handle that you won't have any problem understanding how DO private servers works.

Anyways as seems that you want to play with friends (pls not other 'best server'), you're using leeched files so i doubt anyone here is gonna help you but that picture doesn't help, can be thousand of errors. Try posting your configuration files, browser console log, idk something useless.
