-Would you tell me what an account could I buy with 40/50 euro? I mean what the equipment would be for that price. The level, server, drones, lasers, shields, etc...

Don't understand me wrong, I'm not searching for offers. I'm just gathering info because I'm before buying. :)

Well 10 euro is a 'big' difference so let's say you buy an acc with € 50?
Well first it depends on server, an Global is better then a 1 country-server ( most of the times ). But let's say my server, Global Europe 7
Not a bad server, some/much people in the maps. Good hunting. Boss Major = less then 1mil rp.

For € 50 you have an account with Some ammo, 9/10 drones, some havoc and 5+ LF4. But it also depends on the reseller and if you can trade good^^

-the rank doesn't matter
-PP: 24 or at least 21
-Drones: 10
-Drone Designs&Formations: doesn't matter
-Lasers: 31 LF-3

-the ammo doesn't matter
-the Hangar halls and ship don't matter

That's easy but on much accounts you have no zeus but maybe more LF4's/Havocs/Hercules with some halls.
Also I think you will get with 50 euro more then 24 PP

Mate, for 50 euro you can buy 15-20 Lf4 account with full havoc. Just open a thread at Browsergames trading and wait. Or if you want the account faster - check the threads. ;p
