Remember that, usually, having force, means this build WILL NOT HAVE a Dual Weapon Build or Parry Ratio+Magic Damage Buff+Ghost Walk. Nerfind Force too much makes it useless. If the debuffs land on you, you can always run away and use pills. Those rates (%) you said are just too low. Less than 50-60% for both is just too low.

Also, can't agree with 10% Snow Shield. This will then make STR based characters weak against full int/hybrids. 20% or 25% at max level Novice is just fine or else, nukers will be really stronger.
In 1v1 PvP, every one knows that in a fight between a pure str and a nuker it's all about the STR not dieing before the nuker's snow shield is over so, if you make it weaker by THAT much, it'll just help one side and not balance the overall gameplay.
Well, guess you never played Devias/Dymer, impotent was 40%, decay/weaken were 80 still, snow was 10%, if an str used snow in pvp, vs int or str, you're clearly a nub. force were still one of the strongest on there, if there is no pill bug its perfectly fine.

An str can put 25% snow and just stun stun stun till a nuker loses snow, this making STR's too strong in 1v1's.

As for me then thieving is more easy. 2-3 strong thieves can make pss off trader and hunters near them and they prefer drop trade and do one more then lose time for 440k gold. Thieves must not get more then hunters.

Cant agree with u mynz, why ints should be 100% balanced with str? if they have a greater advantage in dmg at all? i mean even in mass pvp ints r stronger in this case - dmg+splash(dont even say anything about uniques and so on cuz looks like uniques is nothing there).

Keep in mind that the gms want to open a server which is just like the old isro when it was chinese only and cap 80. Let them do themselves and if you don't like it then leave. I mean of course ppl should give feedback and their opinion, that's a good thing, but talking back and forth about that str/int thing is useless. The server is and will be like that. Don't like it? Leave. As if anybody would play some build just because you do. I think ppl like me will play on this server because they want to experience that feeling they had a bunch of years ago, with doing what they like. I'm not going to go hybrid just because y'all do.

Edit: Currently im playing on Quenth server, as a force glavier, and its op as shit, any ints cant kill me, i just land debuffs 24/7 its pretty boring. This is why im telling you, for balance changes this needs to be done. Also, will you be adding the level 90 STAB to bicheon?

I thought the server was going online for real but it is just a beta test. Than I have a few questions about the beta testing:
1) How many players can get on the server to test the beta?
2) How long will the beta testing take?
3) Is there going to be a data wipe after the beta testing?
4) Is there going to be a reward for the players who tested the server?
