The support team being clueless really isn't there fault, if a user is having issues, which can't be fixed by staff, it's moved upwards to high staff, Admins/Developers.

Most of the "issue" spam in the discord is usually a simple fix or the user having a "malicious" program which interferes with the cheat itself, causing the crashes, etc.



What issues are you having? I'm playing ATM perfectly fine.

People having BSOD and crashing issues are usually due to their own mistake in setting up/injecting properly. They're helped right away. If their issue isn't fixed they get compensated for the time loss, or if eligible they get a refund.
