$5.00 RP, you have to first have the $5.00 to spend.)

1 account on league of legends (Preferred a smurf.)Information you need to know!
You will be dealing with 2 separate PayPals. You do
not need them verified. However, It'd be
recommended if 1 was verified.
To prevent confusion, we will be doing an example to
teach this method. We'll say “PayPal A” is the verified
PayPal and we'll say “PayPal B” is not.
Now we got that information out of the way, lets start
getting free RP!How it's done!
I'll try to explain this as easy as I can. If you still need
help after reading this, contact me. I will either talk to
you through skype or TeamViewer if need be.
Step #1: Firstly, you'd need to send the initial amount
you'd like to purchase of RP, we'll use $5.00 for an
example, to PayPal “B.”
Step #2: Once the money was received in PayPal “B's”
balance you'd like to log into either a smurf or your
main account and purchase the RP amount. BUY IT
WITH PAYPAL B. ( Let's say $5.00 for example
purposes. )
Step #3: After the purchase, you'd want to get back
onto PayPal “A” and charge back the payment to
PayPal “B.” I like to say that he never sent the item.
Step #4: Between 3-7 days, you'll receive your refund
back if the other person you're charging back doesn't
answer. Obviously, you don't reply to the chargeback.Things to note:
– Paypal “B” Will be in the negative balance once the
charge back has been finalized. So, do not use
personal information.
– Nothing will happen to PayPal “A”, so you have
nothing to worry about if PayPal “A” is your legit
PayPal.
– I've tried it on my main account with no
consequences. However, I will not be held
responsible if anything happens to your main
account. I highly doubt it will, but this is a
disclaimer just in-case.
– If you're “iffy” about this method, try a low amount
such as $5.00 like I did when I first found the
method. I've had over 30k RP on my main and
loving the game so much more now.
