Well the one on the 1st page work for me but most of the people here it isn`t.
Just follow ths steps:
1:Download the Paradise Trainer(from De4Su) & MAN IM
2:Install them on destop or other folder but not in S4 folder
3:Run them both as Administrator (right click its icon,properties,compatibility,click "run this program sa an administrator")
4:In S4 folder (DELETE:hgwc&Xtrap) "be sure that there is no extenal files that do not belong to the S4 folder suggested by MrSm!th in the 1st page "
5:Run S4 & play (^_^)
6:When you play again s4 don`t forget to uninstall IM & reinstall it as well sa th 4th step.

Hope its help for all whose reading it, oh and im using Vista 32 bit.
P:s The new Im is working as well <3

For me its working, well may be for u it will work.
Check if whether in your S4 folder if it is clean first then follow those steps.
If not (i`m sorry) try to use the new IM

i added the latest IM to the front page.

sorry to all the guys who did not find it and had problems because of this.
i wanted to make sure, it works for more than 3 people.

I hope you're using the Item Manager from 1st page now (Latest IM Please use this one) It doesn't have Auto Restore Feature. So every time you enter a room with a profile activated, please press Restore before pressing Start. This will sort your problem.

Hello. I've got an error when, after I opened S4 League, it loads that bar.
When that bar finished loading, this error pops up.

Maybe did I do something wrong? Help me please.

Well, I unistalled IM, deleted everything. Then I downloaded again IM and extracted on the Desktop. I opened up the IM and S4 League and the previous error pops up. Huh, when I click "Ok", this window pops up, too:

just lurks trough youtube , there's probably some videos for you to watch or a tutorial which is

Steps After Injecting:

(Optional) Log In with ALL Caps or RaNdOm caps username; (Avoids DC)
Enter your inventory, equip all the disired Clothes and Weapons (Usage-Timed, aka, Fumbi);
Click on the Item manager list, then on the field above and enter a profile name: pex.: Camp equips, TD.ATK..., then press New Profile;
Now UNEQUIP ALL, we want your chara as nekid as they were born to S4L;
IMPORTANT: Equip some Perm/undesired weapons/clothes/skill to avoid detection by other players and GMs checking your equipments!
Select and Press Load or Double Click the profile you want;
Change Chara (>lvl5) or Go to Shop/Characters and onto lobby/inventory again (<lvl5);
Tada! Now your not using your clothes/weps, their timmer is not running out when you join a game, and you get to keep they're PLUSes;
To Change Profile (or STOP using the item manager), simply press Restore, then to equip again follow step 8 and following again.

ERROR TUTORIAL!!!
(If you have xp 32 bit like I do)
Unpack and start IM. Start S4 league and if you DO get ANY error:
Dont close the Item manager ONLY close the errors.
Reopen s4 with the IM still on and start it.
DONE

Always got the error 8
*Reboot (dont work already done)

When i start ItemManager i got 2 files in my Temp (IM.dll & 4357667.exe) should i delete them?
When you mean "rename the ItemManager"

1:From previous pages you told me to delete in my Temp (IM & "2434346ftr.exe" ) but the problem is that i cannot delete the "2434346ftr.exe" even with unlocker.
2:Even rename the Itemanager still cause the 8 error Zzzz
