UPDATE
I would like to point out that the support successfully helped me out and reached out to me about the refund - I tried to spoof one more time before the refund and I reckon it actually works. 1 day without HWID ban for now (VALORANT), although just wanted to point out that the support will occasionally get to you, dont worry.
I am not here to advertise or defend them, although this made me feel better about the product.

All refund tickets were never closed from the last server, sadly the server got nuked. We pretty much said for entire 2 months that you were never kicked or banned, server simply got nuked and asked to reopen tickets whenever possible to resolve the issues.

I bought your product (Woofer normal) and almost did all the steps in the instructions, but I am new to the subwoofer and this is the first time I use it. I may have some errors in the setup.
I got the same ban just opening the game from a new account.
I am waiting for my ticket to know if it is possible to solve my problem or have I lost the subwoofer. I am now four days without a computer.
I hope it will provide support for inexperienced members

update : i got the aprove for the refund , the support + admins + dev are good people and keep answer me when i ask . I misjudged becuase it take time to get refund .

There was information on their site that it would work for virtual servers, I bought it. When I saw that it wasn't working, I just created ticket, idk the support person or anyone, but the Miller ringleaders stated that it would not work on his virtual server and said he would return it, it has been 10 days and still no refund. They don't even respond as if they are kidding, a filthy service, we have been patient for 10 days, but from now on, I will write this nonsense wherever you exist.

Also, as far as I can see, they make all their customers wait at least 15-20 days for a refund. You will immediately return the payment you received with crypto, you cannot eat my money by waiting, there is no such morality, there is no working principle.

1. Please provide proof where exactly did we ever mention our spoofer working on virtual environments. We never advertised spoofers for vms especially, we never advertised your targeted game (Rise Online)
2. You are in valorant forums, why did you buy woofer for a vm environment and for a different game claiming we advertised that, it doesn't make any sense.
3. Refunds generally take time because its coming from the payment provider and we have no control over the duration of wait. We offer crypto refunds if possible to mitigate the time wasted waiting, if not possible we will wait until the card payment provider issue the refund.
4. If we find anything suspicious as your case, we will simple investigate since your not making any sense where did we advertise VM's or your specific game.

In the valorant cheating community, some users use cheats that require to have virtual environments running while using our software on their PC. That means they run their game and our spoofer on their main host pc and use their cheats on those VMs, if you are a valorant users you would know what im speaking of in that page, however as I said earlier, your coming for a game that is not listed on what we provide in the first place and complain on the valorant forums that is not related. Until you answer my simple questions and quit the threatening act, we will not provide a refund accordingly.

In the valorant cheating community, some users use cheats that require to have virtual environments running while using our software on their PC. That means they run their game and our spoofer on their main host pc and use their cheats on those VMs, if you are a valorant users you would know what im speaking of in that page, however as I said earlier, your coming for a game that is not listed on what we provide in the first place and complain on the valorant forums that is not related. In summary, this stupid seller keeps me waiting for 13 days even though I can't use the program, it still stalls, tries to intimidate by asking silly questions and still does not REFUND it.

We are not thief's, or scammers, you will get a refund eventually, however when is the question, as long as u keep this behavior that is against our refund policy like in the picture, you will not get a refund.

We do not like people who purchase our software by mistake for an unknown game and an unknown device and put our name in bad faith for no reason. Its fair to us to represent that in the refund policy to keep a mutual understanding between the seller and the customer.

If you browse this thread, you will find a couple of posts from me; in those two posts, I was actually bashing Woofer for the same reason: it was not working anymore (but I always made sure to point out that it used to work in the past).

But here’s the thing: after messing around for a while, after trying it lots of times, after getting my key reseted by Woofer’s support countless times, I, myself, found out that Woofer would work again if I formatted my main drive / reinstalled Windows from scratch without keeping files.

It sucked that I had to find this out myself, but support was always there for me (even if it took them a while to reply). Anyway, I was able to reach out to Woofer himself and ever since he changed his instructions on Woofer’s website to ask customers to format / reset Windows before starting the spoofing process. I have never had issues again doing so.

If it is still not working for you, then maybe your hardware is incompatible (in which case Woofer will always refund you). Unlike 99% of the “developers” and providers here, Woofer actually cares about their customers and is ready to face constructive criticism. But rest assured that you are not helping anyone here (including yourself) when you say you can use Woofer for whatever you want. It’s not for nothing that they list which games / programs are compatible. Each anti-cheat out there has its own mechanics and will check for different things on your computer, so Woofer might work flawlessly for a game and not help at all with others.

Stay humble, talk to him in a polite manner and I’m sure both of you will come to an agreement sooner than later. Woofer is the best.

Ps: Woofer is so great that he’s also the only spoofing provider that doesn’t bash competition to sell his product (and trust me when I say this once more: it’s still working and kicking ass. I’d pay 10 times more for Woofer simply so I don’t have to format all my disks as every other spoofer on the market requires you to do).

I recommend this woofer product, for the admin and support to handle me so quickly and well. I asked for a refund and my funds have been returned. For those of you who have been hit by a ban, you can buy a woofer right away:D:love:

48 hours since I received the ticket and I have not received an adequate response . I do not like this attitude to customers.

I do agree that their support could be better, BUT let me tell you something: like it or not, you have to ping or DM mods when they get online to get an "adequate response". This sucks for sure, but you gotta see it from their POV too and realize they have almost 500 tickets each day. That being said, they think it will be counterproductive to answer tickets opened by offline customers - thus why they ask you to message them...

I searched for spoofers to get me unbanned without reinstalling my pc.
