I followed everything you asked me on my original ticket (3359), rewoofed / respoofed exactly the way instructions told me to and I still got banned after a couple of weeks.

Last time, you guys thought my ban was not related to Woofer because it took more than a week to happen, but it HAS to be related to Woofer because, once again, I never used hacks after respoofing and I still got HWID banned.

Anyway, I opened a new ticket: 7280.

I m using woofer for months and i'm not banned after using it.

I just hope they will acknowledge this soon, fix it (hopefully) and maybe we can get to use the product we paid for.

So far, I created 3 tickets: 3359, 5306 and 7280. It didnt work they did not explain why they did not inform me about anything it just didnt work and now they been refunding for 3 months.

I will blame the product because WOOFER DOES NOT WORK! It used to work (I have successfully spoofed in the past), but after one of the latest Vanguard updates I started being banned without even having a chair on my HD. I spoofed 3 times the same way I used to spoof in the past and I’m still getting banned every time. So I think it is pretty safe to blame it on them, especially because I had 3 tickets closed before any solution / workaround. All they said to me was “it is something on your side”…

So you agree with me. Don’t get me wrong: I’m not hating the dev or the product, but I want them to face the issue and to address it. As of now, Woofer IS detected and everyone is being insta banned after the spoofing process. Even if they don’t have a solution right now and need time to work on an update / new method, it would be nice and expected for them to come clean and talk to us customers instead of giving lame excuses and keep blaming on us…

People, let’s all be reasonable and fair here. I’ve been saying for the past week that Woofer is detected and not working anymore, but they haven’t banned or kicked us from their Discord server. If you go to their website, you will see a huge message there saying:

“Discord Server is currently nuked by Discord. You were not kicked or banned, please wait till we initialize another server.”

was recommended this spoofer from a prior friend, shouldn't of trusted them the way our friendship ended,

I bought the spoofer and joined the discord as the first spoof didn't work for me, i wasn't really clear on the instructions, after a day or 2 waiting they FINALLY responded, (this spoofer has the worst staff / response times ever lol)
and gave me instructions, I followed these, and it still didn't work, this happened 3-4 times through 10 days of just back n forth, them sending me instructions that I followed and didn't work, than they blame it on me, also I noticed that ever since running the .exe my fps was really dropping, (possible bitminer) I asked for a refund because the spoofer clearly was having issues with cleaning, instead they kept ignoring me and wanted to teamviewer? (LOOLOLLOLO) they ultimately ended up banning me without warning and i never got a refund, this is a scam, -rep

I wouldn't currently recommened wooferpro. If you're looking for support you won't get it unless you wait days-weeks for a reply. You pay $100 for a product with constant issues and support is no where to be found. They have been apologising for low staff and bad support for months now and 0 intention of fixing it. I really dont advise using this company.

Yeah I wouldn't recommend buying woofer at this point of time. They used to be decent, but like right now, they literally don't have any staff responding to tickets, and I'm pretty sure it's detected too because I get Val5ed within two games every respoof.
