I bought it for my laptop, it didn't work, so I contacted one of the mods to check if it's possible for me to switch to my other computer to see if woofer works.
After switching to the other pc after spoofing once or twice it gives me errors on the loader and my router just doesn't work after flashing bios and everytime I have to contact support about it and needing to wait for atleast one day to get a response from them to reset the key.

When I asked for a refund they said because I transferred devices I won't be able to get a refund. (Hello?? It doesn't work for me) And especially on their website it reads meet ONE of the following conditions fully, not all of it..

In my case mine would be 'Woofer/Plus did not work on your PC/Laptop because it is not compatible or reasons we find fit.'
And
'Woofer/Plus is compatible, but did not work as intended.'

I would like a refund, is there anyway I can contact you?

I was HWID banned from Valorant, so I bought woofer on October 27th, followed all the instructions and was able to play again on that same day.

However, on November 14th, I was once again HWID banned with VAL5 error WITHOUT using any cheats.

So I can only assume that Woofer got somehow detected after latest Valorant / Vanguard update. Can't open ticket on their Discord because of 500 tickets limit (wow).

The issue with general chat is talking about unwanted cheats, and support having hard time answering tickets and monitoring chat. Vouching is allowed only after a ticket is resolved since its a support server. If you wish to leave a woofer vouch, leave it here on epvp or elsewhere.

Please provide me with your ticket number to check on this. We do not wish for customers to close their tickets at all if they are not resolved, even if a ticket is closed we will still find and reopen it and continue from there.

Its not possible that you would get banned 1 week+ with woofer, the ban is probably caused by something else. If you are still banned, please reopen a ticket and we will check exactly the cause.

If woofer worked on PC 1, you used it for some time and you wanted to switch it to PC 2, that is fine with us, but the transfer is not refundable. However, if woofer did not work on PC 1 and after the transfer it still did not work on PC 2, then we can give you a refund 100% since on both devices it did not work and its part of the refund policy. Please provide me with your ticket number to check on this.

If your unbanned 7 days after using woofer, then whatever got u banned after the 7 day period has nothing to do with woofer. Please consider opening a ticket whenever you can and we can check exactly what got u banned so you can know next time.

I bought them mainly for Apex and it worked for Apex. After I got banned in Valorant I decided to reinstall my windows and buy a new woofer key, since I knew that they don't answer fast.. so I better pay 30$ again than waiting 10+ days to let them reset my HWID (if that would be even possible).
Anyway, I tried to use them for Valorant and I selected in the software that I want to spoof for every game. This doesn't worked for Valorant. I still got banned and decided to manual spoof by myself. I also heared from a lot of people that woofer is more a 'hit or miss' in Valorant. For some it might work, for the most people it doesn't.

Discord was not banned, it was nuked so it would appear that you got banned, please make sure to recheck the main page for the new discord. If you really did got banned then most likely you got tokenized and someone reported you to us for spamming cheats on the server.

I received woofer after an hour or so of ordering, i got instantly banned after using, struggled to find anyone online to support me, ended up paying for woofer pro, still have not received it. given over $100 and still nothing. this was over 20 hours ago. I've spoken to support multiple times and sent them a magnitude of evidence to support the purchase. Every response it to wait for woofer to respond and send the key. I understand everyone has irl stuff and is busy, I'm just a little upset ive spent so much money and still have not received the product ive paid for.

I'm sure the service is great once i finally get it working but like many other people have said the support is rather slow or goes no where. will just have to wait and see if i get sent my key. once i have a review for Woofer Pro i will alter my review to show that
