First, I think most people have other things to do on a monday morning. Nevertheless, it is true that most players that started in Odyssey quit eventually... like they do in every other server opened. These days server jumping is far more common than staying loyal to some server for years.

But that is the very reason for the speedserver format, instead of ending up with an empty server after a few months, we end up with a larger playerbase in the trunk server, and without the drama of an unwanted merge.

Erweiterung der Shop-Suche

• Die Grundkosten für die Suche wurden erhöht.
• Einführung neuer Suchfilter für Waffen, Rüstungen und Zubehör:

• Bonusfilter sind jetzt Teil der Hauptplatine.

• Erstellt eine Umschalttaste für die Suche nach Ausrüstung mit angehängten Steinen oder raffinierten Erzen.

• Wenn diese Option deaktiviert ist, gibt das System KEINE Präferenz: Das Ergebnis besteht aus Elementen mit und ohne Sockel.

• Felder hinzugefügt, um die Upgrade-Level des zu suchenden Elements zu definieren (+0 bis +9).

• Felder hinzugefügt, um die Preisspanne des zu suchenden Artikels zu definieren (0 bis 999.999.999 Yin).

• Für jeden Filter werden die Kosten erhöht.

Private Shops

• Yin -> Yang-Konvertierungsanzeige entfernt, wenn Sie mit der Maus über einen zu verkaufenden Item fahren.
• Der Preis für Hourglass' Sand (1H) im General Store wurde von 2.000 Yin auf 3.000 Yin erhöht.
• Hourglass' Sand (4H) wurde auf Chaos Metin Stones der Level 30 und höher hinzugefügt.
• Weitere Farben der Preisschwellen implementiert:

• Normal: unter 5.000 Yin.

• Gold: unter 10.000 Yin.

• Orange: unter 100.000 Yin.

• Rot: unter 1.000.000 Yin.

• Magenta: über 1.000.000 Yin.

Allgemeines

• Bypass für die Wiederaufladezeit von Scroll of Betrayal behoben.
• Die Leistung des Reitprozesses des Pet Systems wurde korrigiert. Es sollte sich jetzt ein bisschen glatter anfühlen.
• Problem behoben, das zu Serverabstürzen in Treasure Rooms führte.
• Die Drop-Rate des rückgängig gemachten Chaos Fragments basiert wieder auf Metin-Steinen der Deungsan Peaks und Meadows of Tranquility.
• Wartezeit bei Verwendung des Eherings hinzugefügt.
• Durch Drücken der Escape-Taste (ESC) wird nun das aktuell fokussierte Ziel zurückgesetzt.
• Verhindern, dass Skills bald nach dem Wechsel von Waffen, Rüstungen, Kostümen und Frisuren eingesetzt werden - b1.

• Dies ist immer noch ein Fix, der viele Tests erfordert. Es ist nach "b1" benannt, was für "beta1" steht.

• Die Skills werden gesperrt, bis der Ausrüstungswechsel endgültig verarbeitet wird.

• Bei Problemen mit der Internetverbindung bleiben die Skills gesperrt und können nicht überspammt werden. Die Entsperrung erfolgt durch den Server selbst.

Dear players,

On the upcoming 5th of April, we were set to celebrate our 8th anniversary, for which we had prepared a series of events. However, as it turns out, WoM2 will not reach this milestone, for we just received an ultimatum from Gameforge's legal team demanding the withdrawal of all our websites, game server and social media by 19th March.

Given that our server is the longest running major private server, we can consider ourselves lucky to have survived this far and, as sad as it is for us to abandon the project we put all our effort and heart in for a big part of our lives, we are left with no choice but to comply with this request and progressively shut down all our accounts and threads cuminating with the closure of the Aurora server and this website.

Both game and forum will remain open until the 18th of March in case you wish to contact your game friends. WoM2 will soon be history, but wherever you go, the good times and memories will remain with you, together with the friends (and foes) you made.

Thank you for all these years together and we wish you the best of luck in your future gaming endeavors and, ultimately, in life.

:kappa: vorher habt ihr ja nochmal ordentlich abkassiert. Als ob euer Anwalt euch das nicht schon vorher gesagt hat, wie es ablaufen wird.
Trotzdem muss man sagen, Respekt für die lange Zeit und für das Durchhaltevermögen.
Heutzutage müssen Admins ihre Projekte wegen Burnout runterfahren, ihr habt zumindest einen guten Grund.
Werdet ihr eure Systeme nun "löschen" oder könnte man die Hokus Pokus irgendwo wieder finden? :awesome:

I don't have a lawyer. I don't need one to tell me that ignoring such a takedown request is a stupid idea.

We removed the DC sale the moment we decided to comply with the request and hours before we informed the players, while the usual modus operandi here is to just shut down everything and disappear without a word.

I'm not even a WoM player but i think that everything have to come to an end, atleast its one of the projects that was online for a very long time, so wouldn't be mad at all.
