The animation are okay... but they do not move in the game...

I might not have understood well (google translate sucks), but you're searching for a way to create gr2 files in the old format while keeping this new DLL? This doesn't make much sense :\ Anyway, if you're just trying to create 2.4 gr2 files, there's my converter which you can use. Both options work just fine, so the choice is yours.

@ricky92: No, that's not it^^ I won't blame you for misunderstandings ;) I've converted everything with the bulk converter but there are still version errors in my syserr.txt. It tells me that some files have the old format (revision 6), but I still converted everything in my .epk/.eix-files. I don't know why there are still errors, but in a short time my syserr grows very big. The errors mainly occur on changing the map.

Is there no option where you can see what files exactly have to be converted? In my syserr there is no file mentioned, only that some files have to be converted. I wish it'd mention the file name.

The new version (see first post) now outputs the FromFileName field of the gr2 file, too.
Unfortunately I cannot let it output the real .gr2 filename as metin2 uses GrannyReadEntireFileFromMemory to load the files.

I did everything as it should be,models=ok,launcher=ok, but it fail on win7 and wrote runtime error

@Marcos: You need to convert the files with the bulkconverter.exe
If you don't he'll throw this error to you for every file which isn't converted to the new granny format.

@ChaoSS: I tried it with windows 7 and it worked without any problems. Can you make a screen of the error?

just put bulkconverter in the directory where your extracted files are located (for example put the extracted files to C:\extracted and put bulkconverter do C:\ ). open cmd and move to the directory where your bulkconverter is. Then just type in:
bulkconverter.exe DIRECTORYNAME
replace DIRECTORYNAME with the name of the folder you created for your files. In my example it's
bulkconverter.exe extracted

then he searches and converts all the gr2 files located in the directory and sub-directories. You can simply choose ANY directory you want. This should work too:
bulkconverter.exe C:\patch\to\your\archiver\SOURCE\ymir work\PC

the Granny-engine is just reporting an error in one of YMIR's models here.
Previous versions failed silently, while this versions reports an error before returning to the caller.

No, but it support new animations.

The best solution would be to fix the model, but I think the latest version of the dll (released quite some time ago) doesn't display the error anymore.

no, runtime error remain.

runtime error will only appear if you have the wrong runtime tag in the granny datas because granny2.dll will try to convert the wrong tag to a right tag, an after some time the granny2.dll is overflooded and then you get runtime error. if you have convertet all to the right runtime tags you have minimalized chance to get a runtime error
