it success, but everytime i want to play, it always maintenance, why ?

You need to patch with the normal patcher before, then close the game and open Voice Patcher again

Itu maksudny buka Elswordny kyk biasa dulu, jgn pake shiyumi patcherny.
Kalo uda slese ngepatch, copy semua file yg ada di folder "voice" (yang dipake buat ganti suara sm Shiyumi patcher) trs dimasukin ke dalem folder "Backup Voice"
Habis itu close gameny, buka shiyumi patcherny (run as admin)
Kalo ud slese maen pake patcherny, File-file yg ada di backup voice copy lg ke Elswordnya.
Setelah itu kalo mo maen lagi tinggal pake Patcherny Shiyumi lagi.

well,my elsword folder doesn't have a voice folder in the data,can you tell me how to get around it

I couldn't get it to accept me as Administrator on Windows 8 either. I didn't have this issue on Windows 7.

The voice folder is in the .rar of voice files.. Download it, and you'll find the voice folder in it. Sorry for my bad english :confused:

And @Virtuos: No, it uses the normal elsword.exe, the place you marked in the code is when the Patcher checks if Elsword / x2.exe is currently running, nothing else.

Edit: If you guys could tell me where your elsword.exe is located, I could do an update on the .bat so that it will be executable from anywhere~ o.o

One question though: are you gonna update this voice patch any time soon? Since there isn't voice clips for the new 3rd job branches. At least Electra doesn't have then.

Just a temporary fix until Shiyumi made the Win 8 one.

Right-click on .bat file - click "Edit", change lines in red box into text in green box (link on the bottom). I think this will only remove the program checking capability of running as admin or not ..... But it's better to wait until the maker him/herself made the changes needed. It's at least usable though (Just tested it myself)

Hey can someone re-upload this? (Link broken) I've used Jpatcher but it doesnt look it will be updated anytime soon.
Jpatcher still works so I guess this one works too, and it doesn't depend on being updated by the creator with each new char that comes out.
(Unless someone knows how to make Jpatcher work with manually updated files)

Update but not by Shiyumi

So I reuploaded the kr-voices and the patcher.
I updated it myself, which means that Shiyumi has nothing to do with that but I wanted to share this because I know how you feel.

So to use the patcher you have to do as Shiyumi explained but you have to use the new .bat for the .com which were added otherwise this won't work. It is still NOT a Win8 version (I'm sorry for that). The patcher is pretty much the same, I just added a few commands for the new .com data.

So if it works and you are happywith it, I will upload the J-Voice files maybe.

I hope that it works and enjoy playing with the Korean voices :)

I, totally new to just about everything, would love to get into the game but neither the Korean voices nor the European ones really fit me... it would be amazing to see the Japanese ones available, pretty please?

New Download !

So, because of some updates (new jobs) and a request for japanese voices, I uploaded a new .rar-file which includes korean and japanese voices and the .bat-file.

Path:
Elsword Voice+BAT > Elsword Voices > BAT > Elsword Voice Patcher.bat
JP > voice > all .com-files for JP-voices
KR > voice > all .com-files for KR-voices
