the game launcher doesn't open and i am opening the launcher with administrator. what can i do to fix this ?

Can u help me out with pharaoh im trying to play but when i open the launcher nothing shows up? I can run normal crossfire just fine so i should be able to run this too but it wont work??

Edit #2: So I can open the launcher now but still nothing shows up? I check my task manager and it is definitely open?
