Yeah, due to the method lokki is using, it requires time and more effort than other pack sellers, but no doubt he is legitimate.

I've informed lokki couple of days ago that i'd like to buy packs from him and he got back to me when he was ready a few days later about 1 hour 45 mins before he is going to do the transaction.

He is very professional, instructions were clear and items are delivered as promised (I bought for 2 accounts, 160 packs each).
